Planned monthly prices in US dollars, before applicable taxes. Lite and Pro are intended to launch first; Max follows with Build with Smith. Xsolla is the intended payment partner, subject to confirmation.

How it works

How the planned allowances work.

Operations, not tokens
Plans express usage in diagnoses, patches, picks and translated words. A heavier model consumes more allowance for the same task. Final usage rules will be shown before subscriptions open.
Monthly, no rollover
Allowances renew monthly, including on an annually billed plan. Unused allowance does not carry over. Reaching a limit pauses the affected feature until the next allowance period or a plan change, without an automatic overage charge.
Any model, any plan
Model choice will not be restricted by plan. Available models and their effect on usage will be shown in the app; the provider catalog can change.
Fair use on Max
Max is planned for a later release with Build with Smith. It combines a fair-use ceiling of about 2,000 operations a month with a translation allowance of 500,000 words.
Annual plans
Yearly billing at a lower monthly equivalent is planned. The total annual charge and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.
Founder pricing
A subscription explicitly sold at a founder price keeps that price while continuously active, even if list prices change. The offer will be identified before purchase.
14-day refund
Request a refund of your first Smith payment within 14 days. A lawful usage deduction may apply only if disclosed before purchase. The refund policy explains the conditions and statutory rights.
Cancel any time
Cancellation will stop renewal and leave access until the paid period ends. Cancellation instructions will be provided at checkout and with the receipt.

The free manager

Everything the manager does is free for good.

Mod management, Nexus integration, deployment, sorting, installers and tools will remain free. Smith’s cloud service is the paid part. The list shows the development scope; individual features depend on game support.

Before subscriptions open

Accounts and checkout are still being prepared.

A subscription is intended to belong to your account, with a shared allowance on up to 3 devices. Registration, trials and billing are not live. Purchase and cancellation details will be published when the service launches.

Account

The free manager will not require a Modsmith account. Smith’s cloud features will use an account for access and usage limits. A Nexus account is separate.

Checkout

We intend to use Xsolla. The actual seller, payment terms, taxes and renewal amount will be identified at checkout before you pay.

Internet access

Cloud AI needs an internet connection for each request. Local mod management and local checks do not depend on a Smith subscription. Downloads and update checks also need a connection.
